Cave Creek (unincorporated) home prices rise in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Cave Creek (unincorporated) rose by $39,450 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $554,450 - a 7.7% increase over the $515,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Cave Creek (unincorporated) in September 2016.
