Residents of Goodyear and Glendale, Arizona, will participate in a special all-mail jurisdictional election scheduled for May 20, 2025. Ballots will be sent automatically to all eligible voters, regardless of their status on the Active Early Voting List (AEVL).

All registered voters in these areas will receive their ballots by mail. Military and overseas voters registered under UOCAVA can expect their ballots by April 5, 2025.

Residents are advised to verify their registration status at BeBallotReady.Vote. This online platform allows voters to check registration status, view sample ballots, and track mail ballot status.

The deadline for voter registration is April 21, 2025. Those not registered can do so at AZMVDnow.gov. Current registrants should confirm or update their information at BeBallotReady.Vote.

Federal-only voters must provide documented proof of citizenship and/or residency by Election Day to participate. Acceptable documents include an Arizona Driver License or Non-Operator ID card, a US Birth Certificate copy, a US Passport copy, a Tribal Enrollment card or number copy, or a US Certificate of Naturalization copy.

Proof of residency documents should contain the voter's name and address and may include utility bills or bank statements.

Voters who are out of town during the election should contact [email protected] or call 602-506-1511 to arrange for ballot delivery to a temporary address. USPS does not forward election materials; hence ballots must be received by 7:00 pm on Election Day.

Ballots can be returned via U.S. Mail with prepaid postage, designated drop box locations, or ballot replacement sites as there will be no vote centers provided.
