Ruben Gallego, a U.S. Congressman representing Arizona's 3rd district since 2015, recently shared his views on various pressing issues through a series of tweets. Gallego, who has served in Congress after replacing Ed Pastor and previously held a position in the Arizona House of Representatives, addressed topics ranging from international trade to domestic healthcare policies.

On March 6, 2025, Gallego questioned the current state of economic relations between the United States and Mexico by asking, "¿Están los Estados Unidos y México en una guerra comercial?"

Later that day, he highlighted the importance of Medicaid for Arizona families by stating, "Arizona families depend on Medicaid. For Anthony, it means life-saving treatment and round-the-clock care." He criticized Republican policies for prioritizing tax cuts for the wealthy over protecting everyday Americans.

In another tweet posted on March 6, 2025, Gallego expressed concern about financial priorities affecting seniors' basic needs. He questioned if society is willing to take away funds used by seniors for essential expenses like housing and prescriptions just to provide substantial tax breaks to affluent individuals: "Are we seriously going to be taking the money seniors use for housing/food/prescriptions—to SURVIVE—just to give guys like this a massive tax break?"
