Paradise Valley High School Students Excel at SkillsUSA State Championship

The Center for Research in Engineering, Science, and Technology (CREST) program at Paradise Valley High School recently sent 64 of its students to compete in the SkillsUSA State Championships. Students competed against the best in the state in various events. We are proud to announce that several of our students took first place in their event and will advance to the national SkillsUSA Championships this summer in Atlanta!

State Gold Winners (Individual Events):

1. Aila Jamakovic - Extemporaneous Speaking

2. Arthur Stefanik - Information Technology Services

3. Tanmay Dewangan - Related Technical Math

State Gold Winners (Team Events):

1. Jan Dwayne Cacnio, Tanmay Dewangan, Atharva Goel, Yash Totla, Everett Holbrook, Maatank Parashar, and Ashwath Sumugam - Quiz Bowl

2. Aritro Chatterjee, Venkata Khetan Kopparapu - Web Design and Development
