PVSchools has dedicated and accomplished teachers, principals, and staff who thrive and grow through continuing education efforts. The PLAA — offered through the esteemed Arizona Educational Foundation— is one of the only administrator programs in the state. As part of the strategic plan, PVSchools aims to foster a supportive and collaborative work environment that makes it an exemplary place to thrive, grow, and learn. The school district aims to create professional learning opportunities that support individual growth while maintaining a high-quality workforce. PVSchools encourages continuing education for all staff members, and the Principals Leadership Academy is no exception.

Recently, three of PVSchools' extraordinary principals, Emma Ortiz of Sunset Canyon Elementary School, Angela Morgan of Palomino Primary School, and Jennifer Jeras of Explorer Middle School, graduated from the Principals Leadership Academy of Arizona (PLAA). This program provides aspiring school leaders and first-year principals with a curriculum designed and facilitated by A+ School of Excellence principals, district administrators, and state education leaders.

In a statement, PVSchools congratulated the principals on their achievement, stating, "Congratulations, principals, on a job well done! Keep up the great work." The district emphasized the importance of continuing education for all staff members, highlighting the benefits such programs bring to students, staff, and schools alike.
