There were 374 African American students enrolled in Fowler Elementary District schools in the 2022-23 school year, 10.3% more than the previous year, according to the Arizona Department of Education.

Data showed that Fowler Elementary District welcomed 3,811 students during the 2022-23 school year. Among them, African American students comprised 9.8% of the student body to be the second most represented ethnicity in the district.

Fowler Elementary District roughly covers schools within Maricopa County and has a main office in Phoenix.

Among the eight schools in Fowler Elementary District, Tuscano Elementary School recorded the highest enrollment of African American students in the 2022-23 school year, with a total of 94 students.
