Of the 1,035,063 citizens living in Pima County in 2021, 79.2% were old enough to vote, equating to 819,435 individuals, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained on Oct. 26.

Further breakdown reveals that of the voting-eligible population, 401,506 were male, constituting 49%, and 417,929 were female, making up 51%.

The percentage of citizens old enough to vote in Pima County during 2021 was higher than the state average, which stands at 77.2%.
