For the City of Phoenix Special Bond Election, voters have the option to return their ballot:

  • by mail
  • drop it off at a secure ballot drop box or voting location, or
  • vote a replacement ballot in-person.
By mail: The last day for voters to return their voted ballot by mail is October 31, 2023.

By dropping it off: Voters can drop their voted ballot off at a secure ballot drop box or drop it off at a voting location. Voters do not need to wait in line to drop off a ballot. To find a drop box or voting location visit Locations.Maricopa.Vote or call 602-506-1511.

By voting in-person: Voters may also vote a replacement ballot in-person beginning October 30, 2023, through Election Day, Tuesday, November 7, 2023. On Election Day, in-person voting locations will be open to voters from 6 AM to 7 PM. Voting locations are designated throughout the county and are found by visiting Locations.Maricopa.Vote or by calling 602-506-1511. Voters must provide identification at all in-person voting locations before receiving a ballot.
