The City of Phoenix Parks and Recreation Department is seeking an operator for a remote youth camp “Camp Colley" located 145 miles north of Phoenix near Happy Jack, Ariz.
Named after former Phoenix Parks and Recreation Director James A. Colley, the camp's mission is to provide structured, supervised outdoor nature education and experiences to underserved urban youth.
