Happiest of retirements to a great Captain and friend, Adam Dimas | Phoenix Fire Department
We say goodbye and wish the happiest of retirements to a great Captain and friend, Adam Dimas.
Adam was hired in 1986 with PFD class 86-2. He quickly found a home as a firefighter working for Captain Bob Gomez on E-16 and then promoted to Engineer and soon spent his days driving Ladder 11. From there, Adam promoted to Captain and found a home in Maryvale on Engine-14. Captain Dimas then decided the Arson Investigations Unit was for him and spent nearly 4 years as an investigator. Ultimately, he wanted to finish his career helping the community he loves and headed back to Maryvale at Station 24 as the Ladder Captain where he is retiring today with 37 years of service! We will all miss you Captain Dimas and wish you the best of health and happiness in your future days! Don’t be a stranger and come join us for Sunday brunch soon amigo.
