Juniper's Teen Library Council will meet:
- Saturday September 10th, 3-430pm
Juniper's Teen Library Council offers teens ages 12-17 the opportunity to make a positive difference in their communities and provide input regarding library services for teens. Participants will engage in activities and discussions that support the development of teen library programs and resources that fulfill the needs and interests of teens. Participation in the Teen Library Council allows teens to observe and engage in civil discourse and bring the benefits of their observations back to library administration.
Teen Library Council members earn service hours for attending council meetings, and for hours spent working on programs and projects. Participants leave the Teen Library Council with a multitude of experiences to add to their resumes and portfolios for future professional and educational purposes.
If you are interested in making a difference in your community please do not hesitate to show up and participate!
