Those who aren't registered to vote in Phoenix can still do so for the upcoming mayor and council election on Tuesday, Nov. 3.
Voters will be electing a mayor for Phoenix and voters in District 1, 3, 5 and 7 will be electing officials for city council seats, according to a press release from the city.
"To be eligible to vote, a person must be a registered voter and reside within the city at least 29 days immediately prior to this election. Voter registration forms are available at most libraries and government facilities, including the City Clerk Department on the 15th floor of Phoenix City Hall. Registration forms are also available from the Maricopa County Recorder’s office at BeBallotReady.Vote. Those paper forms must be delivered to the Maricopa County Recorder’s Office or the Phoenix City Clerk’s Office by the deadline," the city said in the press release.
Voter registration can be done online, in person with the City Clerk Department or by mail.
