GateWay Community College-Central City enrolls 631 undergrads

At GateWay Community College-Central City, 71 percent of undergraduate students are traditional students - age 24 or younger - and 67 percent are female, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The public school in Phoenix enrolled 631 students in fall 2018, all in undergraduate programs, data shows. No undergraduates were transferred from another college or university.

99 percent of undergraduates are residents of Arizona, and 1 percent are residents of other states.

The undergraduate student body is comprised mostly of students who identify as Hispanic or Latino (49 percent) and white (36 percent).
