Congresswoman Yassamin Ansari, who represents her district after winning the 2024 general election against Jeff Zink with 70.9% of the vote, has recently posted a series of tweets criticizing actions by former President Donald Trump and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), as well as commenting on recent events in Minnesota.

Ansari’s comments come after her decisive victory over Jeff Zink in the 2024 general election with nearly three-quarters of the vote.
