The Food and Drug Administration cited Wilber W. Su, M.D. in Phoenix for one violation during a Feb. 27 inspection related to Bioresearch Monitoring, FDA data indicates.
FDA records note that the citation was issued because: ‘An investigation was not conducted according to the signed agreement and investigational plan.’
