The Phoenix Symphony announced on Mar. 25 its appeal for community support to help reach a $250,000 fundraising goal before midnight on December 31. The organization said that contributions are tax-deductible and can make an immediate impact on its music programs and outreach efforts.

The symphony highlighted the importance of donations in supporting not only performances and educational initiatives but also compassionate hospice bedside visits. These programs aim to inspire the community and bring comfort through music when words are not enough.

Supporters are encouraged to make their gifts before December 31 in order for their contributions to count toward this year’s campaign. The symphony emphasized that every donation helps maintain its range of musical activities throughout the area.

In addition, the organization notified patrons that its ticketing system will be temporarily unavailable from May 1 at 9:00 PM through May 2 at 6:00 AM due to scheduled maintenance. The symphony apologized for any inconvenience this may cause and thanked supporters for their patience.

Looking ahead, The Phoenix Symphony continues to rely on community generosity as it works toward meeting its financial goals and sustaining its mission.
