On Sunday, May 4, former Mountain Pointe High School standout Jacob Beltran’s current college team, the Utah Valley Wolverines, lost 7-4 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the UT Arlington Mavericks.

The game took place at Clay Gould Ballpark. This was their third matchup against the Mavericks this season.

The Wolverines’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, May 6 at 6 p.m. at Smith’s Ballpark against Utah Utes.
