Join the Horizon Huskies and PVSchools in celebrating the 2022-2023 National Youth Arts (NYA) winners.

Recently, the NYA committee announced the '22-'23 award winners and honored the outstanding work of youth in the arts. With over a dozen categories up for recognition and dozens of schools aiming for a win, a panel of more than 40 judges and reviewers selected these talented winners from right here in Paradise.

Hailing from Horizon High School:

Outstanding Musical Direction - Jeanette Winzeler

Outstanding Direction for The Addams Family - Brenda Batres

Outstanding Production - The Addams Family (Horizon High School)

Outstanding Performance in a Musical - Class of 2023 Matt Snyder, Alexis Archer, Gabrielle Brouhard, Patrick Mullen

Outstanding Costume Design - Beckett Mackay & Monica Snyder
