Class will include easy stretches, basic breathing techniques and guided meditation for relaxation. Standing poses for balance and the use of a chair for seated postures will insure comfort and safety. Open to all ages and abilities. Beginners welcome. Wear comfortable, loose clothing. "We will work with the body as well as the mind to achieve a peaceful feeling."
