Of the 869 people living in Rainbow City CDP in 2020, 44.1 percent (383) were women and 55.9 percent (486) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the PHX Reporter.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 95. In the 65 and over age range, there were 37 females and 15 males.
