Graduates earn 248 degrees, certificates from National Paralegal College

About 96 percent of the 248 degrees and certificates handed out by National Paralegal College in 2017-18 were to students in legal professions and studies programs, making them the most popular programs that year, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The agency's National Center for Education Statistics shows the private for-profit institution in Phoenix conferred 79 associate's degrees and 70 certificates in legal professions and studies programs.

But the single most popular program was for a associate's degree in legal assistant/paralegal. Data shows the school gave out 79 associate's degrees in legal assistant/paralegal, followed by 70 certificates in legal assistant/paralegal and 61 bachelor's degrees in general legal studies.

The college enrolled 806 students for 2017-18, including 701 in undergraduate programs and 105 in graduate programs.
