Cost of college went up for all students at Arizona Christian University

Tuition and fees rose 7.4 percent for 2018-19 at Arizona Christian University, according to recent data from the U.S. Department of Education.

Arizona students paid $26,796 to attend the four-year private not-for-profit institution this year – $1,838 more than the $24,958 charged for 2017-18.

Data shows 100 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 152 students received grants or scholarships totaling $2.3 million and 117 students took out student loans totaling more than $1.2 million.

Including all undergraduates (776), 694 students used grants or scholarships totaling $9.9 million, and 453 students took out $4.3 million in federal student loans.
