ARIZONA STATE UNIVERSITY: Mini Health Screening — West to be held on February 25

Arizona State University recently issued the following announcement.

Mini Health Screening — West

For ASU employees West campus

 Arizona State University benefits-eligible employees can receive a 30-minute health screening. Several tests, including readings on cholesterol, blood pressure and triglycerides are available free of charge.

Other tests are available for as low as a $20 copay. Cash, check, Mastercard or Visa is accepted. Bring your ASU ID and benefit options insurance cards.

Fasting for eight hours is required before a blood test is done. Drink plenty of water. Employees receive results via mail within 10 business days. Read more about how the tests are conducted.

This event is HIP-endorsed to benefits-eligible employees who work for the state of Arizona. Read more about the incentive-based HIP program.

ASU employees receive one free mini health screening per year. Additional screenings are available for a fee paid directly to Healthwaves.
