Gammage Auditorium recently hosted the High School Musical Theatre Awards, recognizing exceptional student talent in Arizona. Shadow Mountain High School’s NVAA production of “Hadestown” was awarded “Best Musical.” Additionally, Horizon High School’s Isabelle Ross received the award for “Excellence in Stage Management.”

Kayla Trevino from NVAA was selected as one of three finalists to represent Arizona at the national Jimmy Awards. The Jimmy Awards, formally known as the National High School Musical Theatre Awards, honor outstanding student talent in musical theatre across the United States.

Congratulations were extended to all participating students and staff for their hard work and performances.
