Seven Madison schools recognized for PBISaz Achievement Awards

Seven schools in the Madison Elementary School District have received recognition for their implementation of the Positive Behavior Intervention & Support System (PBIS). The PBISaz Achievement Awards are given to schools that establish systems to encourage positive student behavior and build strong school communities.

The following schools were honored:

At Level 2, the Tier 1 Fidelity Award was presented to Madison Camelview Elementary, Madison Rose Lane Elementary School, Madison Simis Elementary School, and Madison No. 1 Middle School.

Madison Park Middle School and Madison Meadows Middle School received the Level 3 Tiers I & II Fidelity Award.

Madison Traditional Academy earned the Level 4 Tiers I, II, and III Fidelity Award.

According to a statement from the district: “Your dedication to creating a positive and supportive school climate is inspiring, and we are so proud to celebrate this achievement with you.”

These awards reflect efforts by students and staff to foster environments where all students can succeed.
