Senator Mark Finchem, a Republican representing Arizona’s 1st Senate District since 2025, has recently shared several posts on his Twitter account addressing topics ranging from education to federal election law and international affairs.

On March 11, 2026, Finchem posted about a lesson in leadership from a young student. He wrote: “Leadership lesson from a 1st Grader rejecting Woke messaging, in support of MLK’s “I have a dream,” message. @DC_Draino @RealKimYeater @KariLake https://t.co/SwwZ7LhOzy”.

The following day, on March 13, 2026, Finchem commented on actions by state officials regarding federal elections. He stated: “#Desperation. Other radical left state officials have tried this BS and lost. It’s called #supremacy clause. 1st year law students are taught this. Anything affecting a #federal election is open season. @GenFlynn @HarmeetKDhillon https://t.co/yK2r9KVd2I”.

Later that same day, he addressed issues related to international human rights and domestic policy responses. Finchem wrote: “No mention by him of the 30,000 humans slaughter by the Iranian GOVERNMENT. “Soros prosecutor blames Republicans for Virginia shooting by ISIS supporter Norfolk Commonwealth’s Attorney Ramin Fatehi said the United States is “a country where people care more about guns” than”.

Finchem succeeded Ken Bennett as state senator after being elected in 2025 to represent Arizona’s 1st Senate District.
