The Phoenix Union High School District has released its annual teacher salary notice in accordance with Arizona Revised Statutes 15-903(E). The district reported that the average salary for all teachers employed in fiscal year 2026 is $78,883. This represents an increase of $599 compared to the previous year’s average salary of $78,284. The change amounts to a 1% rise in average teacher pay from FY 2025 to FY 2026.
