The Phoenix Symphony announced on Mar. 18 that it is seeking community support through year-end donations to help reach a $250,000 fundraising goal before midnight on December 31.
The symphony said contributions will help sustain its performances, music education initiatives, and hospice bedside visits for those in need of comfort. Donations are tax-deductible and can have an immediate effect on the organization’s ability to continue offering these programs.
Supporters are encouraged to make their gifts before the end-of-year deadline to ensure their impact is counted toward the current campaign. The symphony emphasized that continued community backing is essential for maintaining its role in inspiring audiences and providing outreach services.
Additionally, the organization informed patrons that its ticketing system will be temporarily unavailable from May 1 at 9:00 PM through May 2 at 6:00 AM due to scheduled maintenance. The Phoenix Symphony apologized for any inconvenience this may cause and thanked supporters for their patience.
Looking ahead, the symphony remains focused on meeting its fundraising target and continuing its work in both performance and community engagement.
