The Phoenix Symphony announced on Apr. 3 a year-end fundraising campaign with a goal of raising $250,000 before midnight on December 31.

The campaign aims to support the symphony’s ongoing programs and initiatives in the community. The organization said that contributions will help maintain music performances, education programs, and hospice bedside visits that offer comfort when words are not enough.

Supporters are encouraged to make tax-deductible donations before the end-of-year deadline to maximize their impact. “Your contribution is be tax-deductible and can have an immediate impact on the music and programs you care about most,” the symphony said in its announcement.

In addition to its fundraising efforts, The Phoenix Symphony informed patrons that its ticketing system will be temporarily unavailable from May 1 at 9:00 PM through May 2 at 6:00 AM due to scheduled maintenance. The organization apologized for any inconvenience this may cause and thanked supporters for their patience.

The Phoenix Symphony continues to focus on providing musical experiences throughout the community as it works toward reaching its financial goal by year’s end.
