The Phoenix Symphony announced on Mar. 10 that it is seeking to raise $250,000 before midnight on December 31 through year-end donations. The organization also informed patrons of a scheduled ticketing system outage from May 1 at 9:00 PM until May 2 at 6:00 AM.

The fundraising effort aims to support the symphony’s performances, music education programs, and hospice bedside visits. These initiatives are designed to inspire the community and provide comfort in challenging times.

According to the announcement, contributions made before December 31 will be tax-deductible and can have an immediate impact on the music and programs supported by donors. The symphony encouraged supporters to make their gifts before the deadline to maximize their impact.

In addition, the symphony notified patrons that its ticketing system will be temporarily unavailable for maintenance during early May. The organization apologized for any inconvenience this may cause and thanked patrons for their patience.

Looking ahead, the Phoenix Symphony continues its efforts to engage with the community through both artistic programming and outreach activities.
