Terminal 3 continues to serve as a hub for new services and events at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. Breeze Airways began operating flights from Terminal 3 in November 2022 with routes to Charleston and Provo twice weekly (source). Leadership changes have also shaped operations; Roxann Favors was appointed Assistant Director and Chief Revenue Officer of the Aviation Department in August of that year (source), while Jay DeWitt was named Assistant Director and Chief Development Officer with oversight over planning and financial management divisions (source).

These developments underscore Phoenix Sky Harbor’s efforts to maintain efficient travel operations during construction projects while enhancing traveler experience with live performances and community engagement initiatives.
