Phoenix Sky Harbor has seen recent growth and leadership changes. In August 2022, Breeze Airways began offering flights from Phoenix to Charleston and Provo twice weekly from Terminal 3 (source). That same month, Roxann Favors was named Assistant Director and Chief Revenue Officer for the City of Phoenix Aviation Department (source), bringing nearly two decades of management experience to her role. Additionally, Jay DeWitt was appointed Assistant Director and Chief Development Officer for the department (source), overseeing planning and financial management divisions.
