These developments come as part of ongoing efforts by Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport and its partners to improve passenger experience and expand service offerings. In recent years, other airlines have also added routes; for example, Breeze Airways began operating flights from Phoenix to Charleston and Provo in November 2022 with twice-weekly service (source). Additionally, leadership changes have taken place within the City of Phoenix Aviation Department—Roxann Favors was named Assistant Director and Chief Revenue Officer in August 2022 (source), while Jay DeWitt was appointed Assistant Director and Chief Development Officer around the same time (source).

These announcements reflect continued growth and operational enhancements at both Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport and its associated facilities.
