Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport has recently shared updates on its community engagement, business opportunities, and sustainability initiatives through a series of posts on its official Twitter account.

On January 4, 2026, the airport highlighted its participation in a local event by posting: “Did you catch America’s Friendliest Airport at the Fiesta Bowl Parade this morning? https://t.co/dVZDuhckkW”.

In another post dated January 5, 2026, Phoenix Sky Harbor announced an upcoming business event: “Our 2026 Aviation Business Summit is March 10. Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport continues to expand services and leadership. In August 2022, Breeze Airways began operating flights from Phoenix to Charleston and Provo twice weekly from Terminal 3 (source). The same month saw key appointments within the City of Phoenix Aviation Department: Roxann Favors was named Assistant Director and Chief Revenue Officer (source), while Jay DeWitt became Assistant Director and Chief Development Officer overseeing several operational divisions (source).
