Four high schools in the Paradise Valley Unified School District—Shadow Mountain, Pinnacle, Paradise Valley, and Horizon—have been recognized among the nation’s top public high schools by U.S. News & World Report.

The rankings consider several factors, including college readiness, graduation rates, and student achievement on standardized tests. These results reflect the efforts of students, staff, and teachers within the district.

“PVSchools is dedicated to ensuring the best education for every learner, and these rankings unequivocally prove our commitment to student success,” a statement from the district said.

The district extended congratulations to its students, faculty, and community for this recognition.

Enrollment is currently open for families interested in joining one of these high-performing schools.
