Paradise Valley High School JAG students discuss program impact with Governor Hobbs

Paradise Valley High School students who participate in the Jobs for Arizona’s Graduates (JAG) program met with Governor Katie Hobbs at the State Capitol. The students, acting as ambassadors for career readiness, discussed the ways in which JAG’s mentorship and individualized support have influenced their educational paths. They described how the program has helped them address challenges, develop professional skills, and focus on goals after graduation.

The meeting offered an opportunity for these students to emphasize the importance of leadership development and support through graduation. It also highlighted JAG’s contribution to keeping students engaged throughout their schooling.

“PVSchools is incredibly proud of these students for spotlighting the power of the JAG program directly to our state’s leadership,” a statement from Paradise Valley Unified School District read.
