On Saturday, May 17, former Desert Vista High School standout Jocelyn Briski’s current collegiate team the Alabama Crimson Tide won 4-3 against the Virginia Tech Hokies in the NCAA Division I Softball Championship.

The game took place at John and Ann Rhoads Softball Stadium at 12 p.m. and was the first matchup against the Virginia Tech Hokies in the tournament.

The Alabama Crimson Tide’s next game will take place on Sunday, May 18 at 4:30 p.m. at John and Ann Rhoads Softball Stadium.
