On Friday, May 9, former Xavier College Preparatory standout Izzy Hycnar’s current college team, the Minnesota State Mavericks, won 5-1 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Pittsburg State Gorillas.
The game took place at Gerry Pinkston Stadium. This was their third matchup against the Gorillas this season.
The Mavericks’ next game is scheduled for Friday, May 9 at 6:15 p.m. at Gerry Pinkston Stadium against Rogers State Hillcats.
