This victory ended a 2-game losing streak for the Crusaders.
Previously, the Crusaders dropped their last matchup against the Sahuarita Mustangs, finishing 9-1 on Friday, Feb. 27.
Looking ahead, the Crusaders are set to play the Yuma Catholic Shamrocks on Friday, March 6, at Yuma Catholic High School.
The Crusaders enter the matchup holding a 2-0 record.
