The North Valley Arts Academies recently held its first ARTstone event at Shadow Mountain High School. This occasion marked an important milestone for graduating seniors, celebrating their dedication and creativity through the presentation of their Art Capstone Projects.

The ARTstone event allowed NVAA seniors to showcase their Capstone Projects. These projects meet the criteria for both the NVAA Seal and the Arizona State Seal of Arts Proficiency, which will be noted on students’ diplomas and transcripts. The showcase served as a source of inspiration for families, community members, and Matadors. It concluded with students receiving graduation stoles and discipline-specific awards from NVAA faculty.
