NCH Healthcare has entered into an agreement with the University of Phoenix to provide its employees with reduced costs for educational and training opportunities. This collaboration aims to strengthen workforce capabilities by furnishing new and existing employees with crucial educational benefits. According to a 2025 study by the University of Phoenix, a significant 71% of American workers feel the need to continuously acquire new skills to advance in their careers.

University of Phoenix’s Vice President, Jay Titus, remarked, “We are excited to collaborate with NCH Healthcare to provide flexible learning opportunities for their employees pursuing skills, courses, and degrees.” He emphasized the advantages of the partnership, stating that it offers “tangible paths forward to develop and support their career plans.”

This agreement aligns with NCH Healthcare’s goal of offering its workforce long-term, rewarding careers by granting them access to necessary educational resources for career development. Dr. Risa Wildeman, Manager of Educational Services for NCH, stated, “At NCH, our mission is to ensure excellence is the hallmark of every patient’s experience, and one of the ways we achieve this is by investing in our employees.” She added that the partnership supports not only professional growth but also enhances the well-being of NCH employees.

The collaboration, managed by the University of Phoenix Workforce Solutions team, grants NCH Healthcare employees access to a range of educational programs. These include individual courses as well as certificate, associate, bachelor’s, and master’s degree programs. It also provides opportunities for college credit based on relevant life experience and skills essential for positive career developments.

NCH Healthcare, part of the Naples Comprehensive Health network, is noted for its quality health care and was recently named one of America’s 50 Best Hospitals for 2025 by Healthgrades. Meanwhile, the University of Phoenix continues to expand its Workforce Solutions in various industries.
