The Law Library Resource Center, part of the Judicial Branch of Arizona in Maricopa County, announced on May 22 that it will offer an in-person clinic to help the public complete Family Court forms. The event is scheduled for May 29 from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Law Library Resource Center located at 101 West Jefferson Street in Phoenix.

The clinic aims to assist individuals interested in changing or modifying child support, establishing paternity and legal decision-making, as well as those involved in divorce and legal separation processes. The service is intended to make it easier for people navigating Family Court matters who may not have access to legal representation.

According to the announcement, the event is a partnership between the Law Library Resource Center, the Arizona Legal Center, and Arizona State University Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. Law students will work alongside an attorney from the Arizona Legal Center to help attendees complete their court forms.

Registration ahead of time is recommended due to limited walk-in availability. Organizers suggest that participants fill out their court forms as much as possible before attending their appointments in order to save time during the clinic.

More information about this free clinic can be found by contacting the Law Library Resource Center online at https://superiorcourt.maricopa.gov/llrc/, by phone at 602-506-7353 or via email at services@jbazmc.maricopa.gov.
