Law Library Resource Center schedules free legal information webinars for January

The Law Library Resource Center (LLRC), which operates under the Judicial Branch of Arizona in Maricopa County, is offering a series of free webinars throughout January. These sessions are designed to inform the public about various legal processes including protective orders, paternity and legal decision-making, sealing criminal records, child support changes, name changes, and divorce or legal separation procedures specific to Maricopa County.

To attend any of these webinars, participants must register in advance through the LLRC events calendar at https://jbazmcmaricopa.libcal.com/calendars.

The schedule for upcoming webinars is as follows:

– January 9 at 12 p.m.: The Divorce and Legal Separation Process
– January 12 at 3 p.m.: Estableciendo la toma de decisiones legales, el régimen de crianza, y la paternidad
– January 13 at 12 p.m.: Establishing Paternity, Legal Decision-Making, and Parenting Time
– January 15 at 12 p.m.: El proceso de la modificación de la manutención de menores
– January 21 at 3 p.m.: Protective Orders in Maricopa County
– January 23 at 3 p.m.: Sealing Criminal Records
– January 27 at 3 p.m.: Changing a Name in Maricopa County
– January 30 at 3 p.m.: El trámite de divorcio en Arizona
