On Thursday, May 8, former Xavier College Preparatory standout Izzy Hycnar’s current collegiate team the Minnesota State Mavericks lost 0-8 against the Central Oklahoma Bronchos in the NCAA Division II Softball Championship.

The game took place at Gerry Pinkston Stadium at 1 p.m. and was the first matchup against the Central Oklahoma Bronchos in the tournament.

The Minnesota State Mavericks’ next game will take place on Friday, May 9 at 3:45 p.m. at Gerry Pinkston Stadium.
