At 6 p.m. on Friday, March 13, Brody Tewers—an alumnus of Sandra Day O’Connor High School—helped his college team, the ETBU Tigers, earn an 8-7 victory over the Lyon Scots in NCAA Division III baseball action.
The contest, held at Tiger Ballpark at Woods Field, marked their first meeting with the Scots this season.
Tewers tallied one hit in three at-bats, scored once, walked once and struck out once.
The Tigers are set to face Lyon Scots again at Tiger Ballpark at Woods Field at 12 p.m. on Saturday, March 14.
