Desert Winds Law has announced its launch in 2024 as a North Phoenix personal injury firm. Founded by attorney Neil Udulutch, the firm aims to offer more personalized legal support in accident and wrongful death cases.

Attorney Neil Udulutch opened Desert Winds Law after working at a large Arizona personal injury firm, where he managed approximately 250 cases annually. His decision to start his own practice stemmed from a desire to give each client more individualized attention than he could offer in a high-volume setting. Desert Winds Law, based in the Desert Ridge area, serves clients in North Phoenix and throughout Arizona. The firm handles auto and motorcycle accidents, slip and fall injuries, and wrongful death cases. Udulutch offers free in-person consultations at clients’ homes or other locations, and the firm charges no fees unless a case is won or settled favorably.

“Founding Desert Winds Law has allowed me to offer the level of care and representation that personal injury victims and their families truly need and absolutely deserve,” said Udulutch. “The challenges of running a small personal injury firm are well worth the reward of getting to know my clients and seeing their cases through to a just and successful end.”

Udulutch earned his law degree from Seattle University School of Law, where he served as Lead Article Editor for the school’s technology and environmental law journal, and holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. With professional experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in injury cases, he applies a well-rounded legal perspective to his practice.

Desert Winds Law PLLC is a personal injury law firm located in North Phoenix that serves clients across Arizona. Led by Udulutch, Desert Winds Law provides legal representation and helps clients pursue compensation in qualifying cases. The firm operates on a contingency fee basis, collecting payment only if a case is won or settled. According to its website, services are available to individuals seeking legal guidance and support following incidents resulting in injury or loss.
