The concert schedule for May 2025 in metro Phoenix is filled with diverse events. Kendrick Lamar will be performing at State Farm Stadium in Glendale as part of his “Grand National Tour” featuring SZA. The performance follows Lamar’s appearance at the Super Bowl 2025 halftime show. State Farm Stadium will also host The Weeknd’s “Bringing the After Hours Til Dawn Tour” with Playboi Carti.

Fans in Phoenix have opportunities to enjoy artists like James Taylor, performing with his All-Star Band at PHX Arena, and Willie Nelson’s “Outlaw Music Festival”, which brings artists such as Bob Dylan and Billy Strings to Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre.

Beyond popular music, classical enthusiasts can attend various events by The Phoenix Symphony. Taking place at Symphony Hall, events include Anne Hampton Callaway’s “The Linda Ronstadt Songbook” from May 9-11, and “Grand Canyon Suite” from May 16-18. On May 21, the Phoenix Symphony Chamber Strings will perform at the Mesa Arts Center. For fans of film scores, “Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back in Concert” will also be presented at Symphony Hall from May 23-25. The month concludes with “Beethoven X Beyonce” on May 30 and 31.
