When Kyler Murray steps onto the field at Levi’s Stadium, he finds the setting picturesque. “The field seems a little bit more green. It’s a beautiful scenery,” said the Cardinals quarterback. As the Arizona Cardinals prepare for their Week Five matchup against the San Francisco 49ers, they face a formidable challenge from a defense led by Nick Bosa and Fred Warner.

“It’s Year 6 for me, and they’ve been great ever since I’ve been in the league,” Murray noted about his opponents. This game marks Murray’s first return to San Francisco since leading the Cardinals to victory in 2020.

Fred Warner has made an impact in his previous games against the Cardinals with notable statistics including 109 tackles and multiple forced fumbles. Nick Bosa, though not as statistically prolific as Warner, remains a significant threat with several sacks and forced fumbles to his name.

Offensive coordinator Drew Petzing acknowledged the challenge posed by Bosa and Warner: “We faced (Detroit’s Aidan Hutchinson) who is pretty good, but (Bosa) is as good, if not better.”

Warner had an impressive September performance but may be limited due to an ankle injury. Meanwhile, Bosa recognized Murray’s mobility as a challenge: “It’s harder to catch him, for sure.”

The Cardinals aim to improve their standing in the NFC West after last weekend’s performance. Murray expressed optimism: “I definitely expect to have a better week this week.”
