Banner Health has announced plans to relocate its corporate headquarters in Phoenix. The move will shift operations from the current Banner Corporate Center – Phoenix Plaza to Bond Phoenix at 3200 E. Camelback Road, beginning in the fourth quarter of 2026.
The new headquarters will occupy 67,000 square feet, a significant reduction from the more than 304,000 square feet at Phoenix Plaza. This change is part of Banner Health’s efforts to reduce administrative costs and focus resources on health care services.
“By aligning our physical footprint with our hybrid work model, we are enhancing the workplace experience while maintaining our long-standing commitment to Phoenix,” said Staci Dickerson, Banner Health chief financial officer. “This decision demonstrates our commitment to being good stewards of our resources.”
Banner Health moved into Phoenix Plaza in 2015 when over 1,000 employees worked in-person full time. With a transition to flexible work strategies, daily office attendance has decreased. The new location at Bond Phoenix will include amenities and safety features designed for collaboration and team connection.
The relocation will be completed in phases to minimize disruption for staff.
