PVSchools has announced an upcoming open public meeting for the Literature List Committee scheduled to take place on April 11, 2024, from 4:00 to 5:00 PM. The meeting, which will be held virtually via Google Meet, is open to the public.
According to the open meeting law, while the public is welcome to attend the meeting, they will not have the right to participate in discussions. This adherence to transparency allows for public observation of the proceedings.
The agenda for the Literature List Committee meeting can be accessed for review at the District Administrative Center located at 15002 North 32nd Street, Phoenix, and on the district website at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled meeting.
This meeting provides an opportunity for stakeholders and members of the public to stay informed about the selection process for literature in PVSchools.
